The refurbishment of this 18th Century Town house did not stop at the front door, Fiona has transformed a previously dark and weed infested uninspiring space into a delightful and tranquil walled garden, filled with scented plants including Shrub and Climbing Roses from David Austin and Peter Beales, Irish Yews, Rhododendrons, Azaleas, Clematis and many perennials, just a delight for you to share.

Low Cornriggs is a traditional working hill farm, parts of which date back over 200 years. It is registered with Natural England as a site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) for its rare fauna and flora. Open all year. 4 stars for Quality AA. We offer safe parking for our guests as well as quality accommodation in our warm and comfortable large bedrooms with wonder full views, all of which have their own character, and have TV and tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms. We serve an excellent home cooked breakfast using home made bread and jams and local and organic food when ever possible.

We are a Three Stars Gold award wining bed and breakfast accommodation, only 15 minutes by bus from the centre of Edinburgh. Free private off street parking is available for visitors traveling by car or motorbike. Along with you room key we provide a front door key, so you have access all day & night. We have a total of six bedrooms in our detached house, with different types to suit either Family groups or couples. Each decorated to a modern standard and provides a relaxing atmosphere. All our rooms have en-suites with shower facilities. They also have colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities and homemade treats. WiFi is free in all rooms. Breakfast is a traditional Scottish one, which includes Haggis. We have some beautiful views from the bedrooms towards landmarks such as Arthur's Seat, The Royal Observatory. The Braid Hills and The Hermitage of Braid are just five minutes from our guest house with some beautiful scenery and some lovely walks.

We are only a stone's throw away from the famous Dalmore Distillery, the Black Isles which have a lot of sightseeing attractions, as well as the famous Pictish Stones which are scattered around our coast. We also offer a self catering cottage - Keepers Cottage as it is known offers 2 bedrooms, one double and single - bathroom, lounge with Freeview, WiFi and a galley kitchen.
