The house is beautifully located, on spacious ground at the edge of Cahirciveen town, with panoramic views of Begnish Island and Ballycarbery Castle. Its 100 metres from the local petrol station, supermarket and Bars. Opposite the house there is a sailing school. Boat trips to the World famous Skellig Rock can be arranged as well as fishing and diving trips. The house consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 Ensuite luxury bathrooms with electric showers and one main bathroom downstairs with electric shower and bath, Modern Kitchen, Dining Room and utility room with washing machine and dryer,The sitting room has a stove with a initial supply of turf. There is an office room to write that novel you always wanted or storage for bikes or diving gear. It can be converted into a bedroom with a singe bed if necessary. Outside consists of a spacious car park with barbeque area and picnic table for those warm nights. House is oil heated but the stove is solid fuel. Electricity cost is included in the price of the house. The town of Cahirciveen has a Visitor Information centre, clothes and souvenir shops, restaurants, pubs(bars) with nightly entertainment, where you can sample some Guinness and local culture. The house has Sea and Mountain views, situated on the kerry way and along the Ring of Kerry.
